Our Story

Harmony Organizing was born as a result of a personal growth process I faced... after a couple of years of anxiety, panic attacks knocking on my door, the fascination to understand what was happening with me was born in my mind; that is where the adventure of this beautiful discovery began.


Organization and order became part of my therapy on the path to transforming and improving my mental health. I managed to notice how each space, memory, object, and color at home it is nothing more than a reflection of what could be happening in our minds. Therefore, the desire to take this tool as therapy, lifestyle and transformation process and share it with others has become from an adventure to my life plan.

MARIELA HERRERA

CEO & Founder


Born and raised in Costa Rica, she made the decision to move to the United States three years ago. She has had the joy of living in three spectacular cities, San Francisco (CA), Denver (CO), and Boston (MA). She shared her home with her husband Robert and Eva (her little French bulldog).


After working for nearly 15 years in national and transnational fast-consuming goods, an extensive experience in executing spaces in commercial stores, and a Master's degree in Project Management; Mariela decided to touch base and start organizational studies as Interior Planner.


Organization transforms into her life project, and she has earned other certifications as a Closet Organizer Specialist and Feng Shui Consultant. In her free time, Mariela enjoys working out, pilates, meditating, having a glass of wine with her friends, and enjoying a quiet weekend at home with her husband and her little puppy.
